General Requirements

• Use only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not disrupt, damage, or impair the Website, services, or other users.
• Do not bypass security, access restrictions, or authentication measures.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal conduct: fraud, theft, impersonation, harassment, violence, or instructions to commit harm.

Security abuse: hacking, malware, DoS/DDoS, probing, or disrupting systems.

Scraping/automation: harvesting data via bots/crawlers/scripts (except standard indexing where permitted).

Misrepresentation: false info, unauthorized submissions, or claiming affiliation improperly.

Spam/solicitation: unsolicited messages, overload attempts, or unauthorized marketing.

IP misuse: violating copyrights/trademarks or misusing brands/marks.

Enforcement

KTECH may take action including blocking access, denying requests, or reporting misuse where permitted.
