This Policy explains how KTECH collects business contact information, receives leads, and conducts marketing and communications. It is intended to align with applicable laws across all 50 states and partner requirements (including AT&T standards where applicable).

Marketing Data Sources

  • Leads provided through AT&T (current/past customers and prospective businesses as sourced by AT&T methods).
  • Website & online marketing (as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy).
  • Public record/business registration sources (lawfully obtained).
  • Referral relationships (including real estate professionals where authorization/release is provided).
  • Other lawful sources (events, directories, introductions, consent-based lists where permitted).
