1. No Direct Sales Through KTECH
KTECH does not sell products, devices, service plans, wireless service, or carrier-billed equipment directly through this Website.
2. Refunds and Returns Must Be Requested Through AT&T (or Applicable Provider)
KTECH cannot issue refunds, accept returns, process exchanges, apply billing credits, or reverse carrier charges. Requests must be directed to AT&T or the applicable provider and are subject to that provider’s policies.
3. KTECH Assistance (If Applicable)
At our discretion, we may provide general guidance or help identify proper channels, but final decisions are made solely by the provider.
4. Service Fees Paid to KTECH (If Any)
If KTECH provides services billed directly by KTECH under a written agreement, any refund eligibility is governed by that agreement. Unless explicitly stated in writing, labor/time and completed work are non-refundable.
