AT&T Internet Air for Business
Why is my AT&T Internet Air for Business slow?
AT&T Internet Air for Business is a wireless-based service and performance can vary due to network congestion, signal strength at your location, building materials, distance from the serving tower, weather, maintenance, and the number of connected devices.
- Place the device near a window or elevated location.
- Restart the device (power off for 30 seconds, then power on).
- Reduce connected devices temporarily and re-test.
- Test performance at different times of day.
- Confirm the device has completed initialization and is up to date.
Wireless performance is not guaranteed and differs from fiber or dedicated internet services.
How do I set up AT&T Internet Air for Business?
- Connect the power adapter and turn the device on.
- Allow the unit to initialize fully.
- Follow the included quick-start instructions.
- Connect devices using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
- Place the device in the recommended location for best signal.
If setup does not complete, confirm activation status, restart the device, and check indicator lights. If issues persist, contact KTECH or AT&T support.

AT&T Wireless cell phone activation
Before activation, have your device IMEI, SIM/eSIM details, and account authorization (if applicable). Power on the device, follow activation instructions, and restart after activation completes.
If activation fails: confirm compatibility, verify the correct line, restart the device, and contact support if the line remains inactive.
eSIM & SIM Management
eSIMs require compatible devices. Physical SIMs must be properly seated. After SIM/eSIM changes, restart the device. If instructed, remove/reinstall profiles carefully and confirm device compatibility.
